Return Policy

At Clara & Mae Naples, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to return an item. Please read our return policy carefully before requesting a return. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@mae-clara.com.

1. How We Operate

Clara & Mae Naples operates using a direct-from-supplier fulfillment model. To reduce waste and unnecessary environmental impact, we do not maintain large inventory stocks. Products that are not held locally may be shipped directly from our supplier located in China.

As a result, approved returns must be sent to our supplier’s return facility in China.

2. Return Requests

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@mae-clara.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A valid reason for the return

Returns can only be requested after the item has been physically received.

Once approved, we will provide the return address.

3. Return Conditions

  • A valid reason for the return is required.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Items may be tried on but must not be worn.
  • Sale items cannot be returned without a valid reason.
  • Intentionally ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order is not permitted.
  • Certain items are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, including underwear, swimwear, and jewelry, unless unopened and unused.

4. Return Costs & Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any international shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges related to the return are also the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be shipped to our supplier’s return facility in China.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and tracking their return shipment.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot process returns without proof of shipment.

5. Alternative Resolution

Because international returns can be expensive and time-consuming, we are often happy to discuss alternative solutions before requesting a return.

Depending on the situation, this may include a partial refund, store credit, replacement item, or another mutually agreed solution.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or unsatisfactory item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Your email must include:

  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A description of the problem
  • Your order number

Without photos and a description, we may be unable to process your request.

Once reviewed, we will work with you to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

7. Refunds

Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been received and approved at the return facility.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing.

Refund requests, disputes, or chargebacks may not be initiated before the order has been delivered and received.

9. Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Address changes or corrections must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order by contacting info@mae-clara.com.
